Do you want to play a key role in improving accessible transport services for communities across Lancashire? We’re looking for a Service Development Manager to help drive service improvement, consistency and efficiency within our Integrated Transport Services. This is a high‑impact role where your leadership, analytical skills and sector knowledge will help ensure safe, effective and value‑for‑money passenger transport services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
Working across a complex, county‑wide operation, you’ll support teams to embed new ways of working, strengthen performance management and continuously improve outcomes for service users.
